Steve Laino Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Stephen Laino brings cumulative experience, of more than eight years, of highly successful sales experience to his work at Manhattan Apartments. He worked on Wall Street with such venerable firms as Paine Weber, Smith Barney, and Fred Alger Management, Inc. At Alger he served as a Vice President and headed his own Marketing and Sales Division.

Stephen's engaging personality and attention to detail coupled with his tireless determination and sense-of-humor make him the consummate Real Estate professional. If you are choosing to sell your home, Stephen will bring his demonstrable talents to bear in pricing, marketing and ultimately negotiating the highest price for your property in the shortest period of time.

If you are looking to purchase an apartment, he will not sleep until he has researched and found exactly what you are looking for in a new home. Stephan listens carefully, works tirelessly and strives to develop long-term relationships with his clients, some of whom have become great friends.

Born and raised on the Upper East Side, Stephen represents buyers and sellers in all price ranges throughout Manhattan. A graduate of The Dwight School and Hobart and William Smith College, he possesses intelligence, knowledge of New York City, negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities to successfully close your Real Estate transaction. His primary goal when working with clients is to make their experience pleasant, easy, and in accordance with their expectations.

He is proud to say that many of his business relationships have burgeoned into friendships. His clients all know that he can be counted on to provide the highest level of attention, dedication, and service for them and their families. His strategic insights are informed by a rich understanding of the New York Real Estate market.

He is a "hands-on" salesperson, accessible at all hours, punctual and tirelessly dedicated to exceeding your expectations." Steven believes that the secret to selling or purchasing a property through a Real Estate broker requires the same kind of trust that one would give to their accountant or attorney. Real Estate brokers in New York City raise the bar for ethical conduct as they seek out and execute some of the most complex transactions in the country.

Their value comes from their myriad experiences and years of problem-solving. He also believes that when you find a good broker, you should trust their informed advice and give them the same confidence that you would give to any expert.
